Sapun Lamichhane
Founder & CEO of Arcetis. A business growth analyst who manages real advertising budgets, builds the software and CRM systems behind them, and is measured on revenue — not impressions.
Google Partner · Shopify Partner · Based in Pokhara, Nepal — working with clients internationally
One person, accountable for the whole revenue chain.
Most businesses split marketing, engineering, and systems work across three vendors who don't share a data model, a deadline, or an incentive.
Sapun Lamichhane manages Google and Meta ad accounts, builds the landing pages and tracking behind them, and implements the CRM or custom system that turns a lead into a closed deal — as one continuous, instrumented pipeline rather than three disconnected contracts.
That matters most to CEOs, founders, and operators who don't want another vendor relationship to manage — they want a single point of accountability who can speak fluently to a board about CAC and LTV, and just as fluently to an engineering team about database schema and API latency.
From software developer to growth systems architect.
I started as a software developer in 2019, building websites and business systems for clients who mostly needed something that worked — not something optimized.
In 2021 I started managing real Google and Meta Ads budgets — not as a side skill bolted onto development work, but as a discipline in its own right, with its own attribution logic, bidding mechanics, and reporting standards.
2022 brought a deeper focus on technical SEO and lead generation. By 2023 I was implementing CRM and funnel systems on HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Zoho, and building custom CRM, ERP, and HRM platforms where off-the-shelf tools didn't fit how a specific business actually sold.
2024 extended that work internationally — clients in Nepal, India, Australia, Denmark, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In 2025 I moved into leading development and growth teams, and in 2026 I founded Arcetis to formalize that combined discipline under one roof, with a Google Partner- and Shopify Partner-recognized team behind it.
I'm based in Pokhara, Nepal, and work with businesses worldwide. I describe what I do simply: I play with conversions, not delays.
Five disciplines, treated as one system.
Each pillar is a real, separately-marketable skill set — applied together by one accountable operator.
Growth Strategy
Lead generation, sales growth, conversion optimization, and funnel strategy.
Performance Marketing
Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and content — managed as real ad-spend accounts with ROAS accountability.
CRM & Business Systems
HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Zoho, plus custom CRM, ERP, and HRM platforms.
Technical SEO & Web Development
Search-friendly, fast-loading sites in React/Next.js and Shopify, engineered to rank, load, and convert.
AI-Powered Automation
Human-in-the-loop automation that removes repetitive work without turning decisions into a black box.
The Signal-to-Revenue Framework
An original five-stage methodology for managing paid budgets so every dollar traces back to a business outcome.
Account Architecture & Tracking Foundation
Conversion tracking is rebuilt or audited at the source: GA4 events, GTM hygiene, and Google Ads conversion actions mapped to real revenue events, not just form submits.
Audience & Intent Mapping
Search-term and audience data are segmented by buying-stage intent — high-intent, comparison-stage, and awareness-stage queries each get separate campaigns and budgets.
Creative & Landing Page Alignment
Ad copy and the landing page a click resolves to are treated as one unit, rebuilt whenever message match or Quality Score data indicates a mismatch.
Bid & Budget Governance
Budget shifts follow a documented decision rule — statistically sufficient data before reallocating — rather than daily reactive changes.
Attribution & Feedback Loops
Ad performance is reconciled against CRM-stage data, not just platform-reported conversions, so budget follows what actually produces closed revenue.
The Technical–Topical–Trust (T³) Model
Search visibility as three compounding layers — skipping one caps what the other two can achieve.
Technical
Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, indexation hygiene, canonicalization, and structured data.
Topical
Pillar-and-cluster content architecture and entity-based keyword mapping — this page is itself an example.
Trust
E-E-A-T signals: author identity via Person schema, consistent entity data, and backlinks from credible domains.
The Human-in-the-Loop Automation Framework
AI as a force multiplier on a defined workflow, not a replacement for judgment on an undefined one.
Map the workflow first
Repetitive, high-volume tasks are documented as an explicit process before any automation touches them.
Automate with a control layer
Automation is connected to the same CRM and analytics stack used for human-run work, so it's measurable, not a black box.
Keep a human checkpoint
Pricing, compliance language, and client-facing commitments route through human review — automation handles volume, not accountability.
Build for reversibility
Every automated workflow has a manual override and an audit trail.
Performance-first engineering, not decoration.
- Built on React, Next.js, and Shopify — plus Laravel for backends and CRM/ERP systems.
- SEO embedded from the first commit, not retrofitted.
- Core Web Vitals as a hard requirement, budgeted like ad spend.
- Accessibility as baseline, not an audit finding.
Making growth repeatable, not a one-time campaign.
Off-the-shelf platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho) win when the sales process is genuinely standard. Custom CRM/ERP/HRM builds win when the actual operating model would need enough workarounds on a standard platform that the workarounds become the maintenance burden. That assessment is the first deliverable of any systems engagement.
Real, checkable products — not just described.
